Our Story
Established in July 2014, Blue Snow Custom Furniture is the brainchild of Collin Culdice, a Navy veteran with a passion for social betterment and environmental conservation. With over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic planning, Collin brings a unique perspective to the world of custom furniture. Our team, comprising of experts in design, manufacturing, and woodworking, shares a common goal - to create unique, handcrafted pieces that will stand the test of time.
Our Team
Our team is led by Collin Culdice, CEO and Principal, who oversees all projects from concept to installation. Jorge Mattei, our Design Director, brings his expertise in art history and industrial design to the table, ensuring that every design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Nathan Bush, our Manufacturing Foreman, supervises manufacturing and implements the Lean Six Sigma methodology, ensuring that every piece of furniture meets our high standards of quality.
