This process also provides a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMAX) for greater security.
• Butler Manufacturing: Chrisanntha is your local Butler Builder, offering in-house pre-construction services and industry expertise to deliver time and cost saving to our municipal and commercial customers. We offer pre-engineered steel building elements for your construction project, providing style, versatility, and affordability of Butler Building solutions.
• Other Services: We are proficient in a variety of Construction Delivery Methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), and Job Order Contracting (JOC). Our professional team can handle all types of projects, from small scale to turnkey builds, to the complexities of a historic renovation.
