Sideline Construction

Founded in 1990 by Tom Smith, our company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality residential roofing, siding, and window solutions with unmatched attention to detail. We prioritize customer satisfaction by combining premium materials from industry leaders like CertainTeed and Thermal Industries with installation expertise honed over three decades. Our commitment to low overhead allows us to offer competitive pricing without compromising on craftsmanship, supported by a dedicated team with 15-20 years of average tenure. We treat every project as if it were our own home, ensuring meticulous care for properties and plantings during installations. Backed by 30-year, 50-year, and lifetime warranties, our work speaks for itself through thousands of satisfied homeowners across Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario Counties.

As a Better Contractor Bureau member and preferred vendor for the Perinton Recreation Department, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and reliability. Our personalized approach includes free estimates, transparent communication, and a focus on long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. From complex roofing projects to custom window installations, we guarantee workmanship that stands the test of time. Our success is built on referrals and repeat business, a testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence. Whether addressing minor repairs or complete renovations, we bring the same level of precision and care that has defined our company since its inception.
