At PiXate Creative, we are a 3D architectural visualization firm located in New Ipswich, New Hampshire. Our team of skilled technicians and experts in 3D technology use the latest tools and software to create stunningly realistic images of designs, buildings, or rooms that cannot be photographed or have not yet been created. We take your ideas and make them real, giving you, your team, your clients, and the community a glimpse into how your vision will unfold.

Our Story

Our journey began with a passion for 3D visualization and illustration. Our founder, Jonn Kutyla, was inspired by the movie Toy Story in 1995 and spent the next 12 years perfecting his skills in 3D software. In 2007, he founded PiXate Creative as a way to combine his interest in illustration with his skills in business development. Since then, our company has grown and expanded its service offerings to include brand and identity packages, strategic marketing, and website and social media development.

Our Process

Our team follows a structured process to ensure that we deliver exceptional results:

• Gather References: We collect inputs such as AutoCad files, Revit, Archicad files, or pdfs, along with as many pictures as possible of the project.
• Massing: We space out general massing to understand the space and find the best camera angles to show your client their space in the best possible light.
• Refine Camera: We test camera angles to capture your space and add details as needed.
• Model Detailed Models: We start with less detail and add more as needed to create realistic models.
