Heyes Forest Products

Heyes Forest Products, located in Orange, Massachusetts, is a small sawmill that has been in operation since 1970. In 1984, we moved to the Orange Industrial Park where we currently produce two and a half million board feet of lumber annually. We are dedicated to providing top-quality lumber from the North Quabbin region, ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service. Our commitment to long-term management of the forest base and sustainable forest practices sets us apart in the industry.

As a member of both the Hardwood and Softwood National Lumber Grading Agencies, we are committed to upholding the highest standards in our manufacturing process. Our state-of-the-art computer-controlled linebar band resaw and computer-controlled dry kilns have a capacity of 110,000 board feet. This ensures that our products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

We are known for our fine quality White Pine and Red Oak, but we also produce high-quality Birch, Maple, Cherry, and Ash. Our product range includes green or kiln-dried lumber, rough or finished into flooring, paneling, and molding, as well as square edge boards for both wholesale and retail markets.

In addition to our commitment to sustainable forest management, we also offer Massachusetts licensed forestry services, including advice management plans, forest cutting plans, and conservation easement services. Our Products

At Heyes Forest Products, we offer a wide variety of products that cater to both wholesale and retail markets. Our product range includes:
