Our Story

Founded by Richard Shively as a one-man, one truck operation, our company has grown to employ over 60 people, with a fleet of trucks and equipment, and offices in Rocky Mount, Roanoke, Martinsville, and soon-to-be Christiansburg. Throughout the years, we've remained committed to our community-oriented values, supporting youth athletics and local charities on a regular basis. Many of our team members are involved in their spare time, coaching youth sports and volunteering in the community, as is our owner himself. We value our local roots and are proud to give back to the community that has helped us grow and succeed.
