Service Quality
The experience with this service was overwhelmingly negative across two reviews. The reviewers, Nakia T. and Bryan T., both received subpar service, which resulted in their disappointment and frustration.
Communication Issues
Communication was a significant problem for both customers. Nakia T. was told that a Sunday appointment would take 4 hours, but the cleaning job was completed in no time. Bryan T. had a similar experience, with the service showing up 90 minutes early and causing an interruption in his work meeting. The boss of the service called later, saying that the service would be there in 60 minutes, which was not the case.
Standards of Cleanliness
The cleanliness standards were not up to the mark in both cases. Nakia T. mentioned that the empty townhome was dusty, not dirty, but Judy the cleaning service provider did not meet her expectations. Bryan T. had also mentioned that the house needed to be picked up, but it was not done.
