Our Story
Our company was founded in 1962 by James Norman Warren, starting as a two-man operation doing repair and remodel work. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include new construction in residential and light commercial work, employing over 15 workers and a full-time secretary. In 1992, we added air conditioning and heating services, becoming Advance Plumbing Heating & Air, and providing plumbing service, commercial construction, and residential construction. Today, we continue to grow and serve the Charleston metro area as well as other parts of the Tri-County area.
Our Commercial Services
Our Commercial Plumbing Services include repairs and replacement of faucets, fixtures, water heaters, cast iron piping, copper water piping, black iron, and galvanized gas piping from 3" to 3/8". We also install and replace sewer lines, pump stations, roof drains, and grease traps. Additionally, we specialize in replacement of commercial and industrial water heaters in hospitals, hotels, gas stations, retail stores, restaurants, department stores, bars, and schools. Our Commercial Heating and Air Services include service and repair to all brands, gas, electric, heat pump, and dual fuel systems. We also cover a wide range of systems, including zone systems, duel fuel conversions, de-humidification systems, and ductless mini splits.
Our Residential Services
Our Residential Plumbing Services include repairs and replacement of faucets, fixtures, water heaters, water lines, sewer lines, slab leaks, piping change outs, and upgrades, tankless water heaters, gas line installs, repairs, and safety inspections. We do all plumbing types of evaluations, unstop toilets, sinks, sewer lines, and complete renovations and new custom homes. We specialize in water heater replacements in attics, garages, under stairs, under houses, or in sheds, including tankless heaters as well as tank style conventional upgrades. Our Residential Heating & Air Services include service and repair to all brands of equipment, complete systems installed in all types of homes, three-story to one-story homes, crawlspace, attics, and chases. We run dryer vents, fresh air intakes, and hood exhaust.
