Nathan responded very quickly to repair the services that needed to be done say my residence. Nathan was very friendly and had great customer service. When Nathan arrived, I explained to him what the problem was and he immediately took action and got the job done. Nathan works very quickly and did a great job cleaning behind himself.

My roommate and I are walking back from the mailbox and I see Traviss work vehicle. On the spot he has a business card and informs me the issue with the garbage disposal is fixable and I can make an appointment as soon as today and he could be over to fix it, l called and made the appointment to which he showed up fairly quickly ! Professional and always ready to teach he shows us how to avoid this issue in the future. Super happy and I believe Travis was heaven sent because he wasnt aware as to how stressful this had been on us and not being able to really use the sink. Thank you SO MUCH! Will be recommending for sure !

Rooter Man is where it's at if you want quick and professional service at very reasonable rates. Travis was actually able to rearrange his schedule to come by earlier than the reserved appointment, which helped me out. He was very quick and the install was perfect. He offered to haul off the old toliet, which was great. I eill definitely be calling them again!

Had an issue with my kitchen sink that i could not seem to fix myself. After calls to multiple plumbers in the Charleston area, I was referred to Rooter-Man. Alex was on-site the same day, and within half an hour had identified the problem and provided a couple of different solutions. He helped me choose the best option for my house, and he had it completed within the hour. Kind, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We have a vacation rental and we need someone reliable and efficient. Travis has been taking care of our many issues with great professionalism and thought. He knows his stuff and can think around a problem to troubleshoot it. I appreciate that he is wearing a mask at this time and is conscientious of social distancing as well. I own a couple commercial properties in Chas and this is the 3rd time I used Rooter-Man. Each time they were fantastic. From handling my initial call, to getting to the job, reporting back with information and fixing the issue, it really was 5-Star service. This is the 2nd time I've called them for 2 different issues at 2 different homes. They have always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They worked my jobs into their schedule and when they had the opportunity to make it earlier, they notified me. If all contractors were this honest and easy to deal with the world would be a better place. I will call them again the next time the need arises.

Rooter Man has been awesome in time of emergency. They are quick to answer the phones and get you on the schedule. Very polite and knowledgeable. We have had them to our house twice in past 6 weeks due to damages caused by another company. Their tech Travis is patient, understanding, polite, experienced, and takes the time to give you all of the details while solving the problem. Would you them again! great customer service!

I had a plumbing emergency that occurred on July 30th. It was recommended that I call Rooter Man which I did. Arrived within 45 minutes and worked over 2 1/2 hours resolving my main line which was plugged. Doug was the service person. He looked at what was going on and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was very professional, went right to work, and found where the line was plugged and opened it. He was very neat and cleaned the bathroom area where he worked. He solved the problem and everything is working well. I would highly recommend both the company and Doug.

Rob arrived within 30 minutes. asked what the problem was. Explained his charges up front. Told me what I needed to do. He was very professional and polite. Very very knowledgeable in his job. Rob was a straight forward and upright young man. He made sure I was satisfied with his work. I will probably use their service again and hope when I call Rob shows up.

Rob was awesome! He was able to diagnose the problem with ease and performed the repair on our toilet efficiently and effectively.
