Our Story

Born out of a legacy in the North Carolina residential construction business, Billings Construction, Inc. was established in 2003. Our founders, Scott Billings and Kristie Anderson Billings, met in 1993 and have been building on their dreams ever since. Scott, a North Carolina General Contractor, earned his license after serving in the United States Air Force and working in the cabinet-making arena, hardwood floor business, and all facets of the home building business. As a result, he established Billings Construction, Inc.

• New Home Construction: We construct quality custom homes in the Triangle area, with a focus on providing beautiful craftsmanship and extreme attention to detail.
• Remodeling and Additions: Whether you want to update your kitchen or add a new room to your home, we can help. Our team of experts will work with you to bring your design to life.
• Detached Garages or Storage Buildings: In addition to new home construction and remodeling projects, we also specialize in small building construction on your property, such as a detached garage or storage building.
• Home Repairs: From repairing rotten fascia boards to outside trimwork, we welcome the opportunity to help you discover and repair all types of home issues.
• Consultation Services: Are you interesting in doing your own small project, but would like some advice from a General Contractor? We offer an hourly consultation service to help answer your questions.
• Vacation Home Maintenance: We delight in the opportunity to help you maintain your home away from home. Our service area for this offering is limited to the greater Topsail Island area.
• Other Services: We also offer other services, including building tiny little cottages in your backyard, miniature masterpieces for the little ones in your life, and more.
