Our History

Our story began in 1971, when we first started serving the Central Florida community. Throughout the years, we've worked with affluent HOAs, condominium associations, apartment complexes, and resorts, honing our skills and building a reputation for quality and professionalism. Today, we continue to serve commercial and residential clients in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Marion, and Osceola counties.

Our leadership team consists of experienced individuals who have dedicated their careers to the lawn and landscaping industry. From our president and owner, Damion DeGraw, to our senior account managers, Chris Evensen and Vincent Pablo, each team member brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to every project.

Meet Our Team Leaders

• Damion DeGraw, President and Owner: With over 20 years of experience in the lawn and landscaping industry, Damion has worked in various roles, including product strategy and development, and holds certifications in training, management, and sales.
• Rose Richart, Office Manager and Controller: With over 20 years of experience in administrative roles, Rose has expertise in AR and AP, payroll, invoicing, and HR.
• Chris Evensen, Senior Account Manager: Chris has been with RLC Landscaping for over 15 years, working his way up from crew member to senior account manager. He holds a certified pest control operator license and is committed to exceeding client expectations.
• Vincent Pablo, Account Manager: Vincent started his landscape career in 2009 and has worked his way up from detail crew member to account manager. He is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients.
