Cape Fear Custom Builders

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) is a not-for-profit trade association that has been serving the building industry since 1965. With over 1,500 members from more than 750 companies, we are the second largest Home Builders Association in the state and the fourth largest in the nation. Our mission is to represent and serve our members, striving to meet the community's need for quality, affordable housing, commercial, and special use space.

We are a diverse group of builders, developers, and industry professionals working together to promote and protect the interests of our members. Our association is governed by an elected Board of Directors, ensuring that our members have a direct say in the direction of the organization. Our services include industry promotional events, government lobbying efforts, dissemination and exchange of industry information, and the establishment and monitoring of professional standards.
