Born in Japan and raised around the world, Rick Wyatt brings a distinctive perspective to the world of homebuilding. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, Rick has spent over two decades honing his craft in the construction industry. After working in commercial construction for five years, Rick discovered his true passion in residential construction. He founded Zenith Homes in 1997, driven by a philosophy to treat each home as a one-of-a-kind creation, tailored to the needs and preferences of its owner.
