Our Story

Our company was formed in 2015 when two veteran contractors, Adam Pyle and Matt Bailey, decided to put aside their competitive nature and join forces to create a stronger company with more to offer their customers and more opportunities for business growth. Both Adam and Matt have spent their entire careers in the construction industry, providing quality work and treating customers with fairness and honesty. This shared philosophy is the cornerstone of our company culture.

Our team consists of highly qualified professionals with a combined 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Our team members have received numerous awards and accolades for their expertise and dedication to their work.

Adam Pyle, CEO

Adam is a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Business Management. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has been the owner of Adam Pyle & Associates. Adam is responsible for managing all financial activities for program operations and is accountable for all P&L.

Matt Bailey, COO

Matt is a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Construction Management. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been the owner of Bailey Company. Matt is responsible for initiating supervision of projects, which resulted in meeting deadlines and bringing projects in on budget.

Project Managers

We have a team of experienced project managers who will work with you from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. Our project managers are responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
