In the early 2000s, Joshua M. Gallaher founded Gallaher Landscaping with a humble beginning, starting with a push mower, weed trimmer, gas blower, and a 1991 pick-up truck. As the business grew, so did Josh's education and professional experience. He graduated from Penn State University Park with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Marketing from the Smeal College of Business in 2008. After graduation, Josh continued to run the landscaping business part-time while working full-time for the Deeter Gallaher Group in Mechanicsburg, PA as a Marketing Strategist. In 2009, Josh decided to take the leap and launched Gallaher Landscaping as a full-time operating business, right in the midst of the worst recession in recent history. Today, the Gallaher Landscaping fleet serves over 150 residential and commercial clients by providing a wide range of landscaping services from the ground up.

In the Community

Josh Gallaher, owner of Gallaher Landscaping, his wife Mallary, and their three children reside in New Cumberland. As life-long residents of the West Shore School District, they returned home after graduating from Penn State University to launch Gallaher Landscaping LLC. Josh's roots in the community are deeply rooted, reflected in his commitment to supporting local initiatives and maintaining a strong presence in the community.
