Greendale Construction Limited is a client-focused Chartered Building Company with a reputation for quality, value, and reliability. Established in Poole, Dorset, in 1990, we've built an impressive list of clients largely through referrals and repeat business. Our headquarters are based in Poole, Dorset, and we primarily operate within Central Southern England. However, in March 2020, we expanded by opening our second office in Winchester, Hampshire, to cater to the rising demand for our services in Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and the M27/M3 corridors.

We offer a comprehensive range of construction services, including new-build, refurbishment, conservation, repairs, maintenance, and special works. Our expertise also extends to carrying out refurbishment or fit-out works in operational situations within commercial properties. Our 55-strong, multi-trade labor force is directly employed, ensuring flexibility and control for delivering high-quality results. We also rely on the skills of sub-contractors and suppliers with whom we have established long-term relationships.

Every project is managed by a qualified Site Manager with Contract or Surveying management support. Our commitment to quality, value for money, safety, and delivering on time sets us apart within the construction industry. We pride ourselves on our ability to manage complex projects while maintaining open communication with our clients throughout the process.
