Driver Behavior Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the driving skills of AAR truck drivers. Ray Robinson rated 1 star and recounted a close call where a driver of a white truck towing a trailer nearly hit him on his moped. Tyler Carter also rated 1 star, stating that a driver threw a still-lit cigarette out the window, showcasing a lack of concern for the community. Furthermore, Steve Gross rated 1 star, mentioning that Randy, a representative, refused to wear a mask and made fun of others who did. Sean also had a poor experience, saying that a driver didn't follow up on a job quote and never called back.
