Our Founder

Grant L Olds, the founder of GLOA, began his journey in architecture in 1982, when he traveled from Virginia Tech to Arizona. With a degree in architecture and a passion for design and quality, Grant was determined to make his mark in the fast-growing Phoenix area. He began his career working for several major architectural firms, where he honed his skills and developed a base of satisfied clients. In 1988, Grant founded GLOA with the goal of making a larger impact on the visual landscape of the Phoenix metro area and beyond. Today, GLOA is a leading architectural firm in Arizona, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
