Robert Reed Associates

Robert Reed Associates is a full-service residential design and building firm committed to delivering exceptional client service while achieving excellence in residential design and construction. With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in creating unique homes and executing building renovations across coastal southern Maine and the north shore of Massachusetts. Our architectural philosophy balances respect for historical design principles with innovative modern approaches, resulting in diverse, vibrant, and enduring projects. We distinguish ourselves through our integrated design/build methodology, maintaining a single line of communication from initial concept to project completion.

This approach ensures seamless transitions between design and construction phases while keeping clients informed of critical decisions. We establish project budgets early in the design process to align client visions with financial parameters, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Our open-book policy provides transparent estimates and expense reporting, supported by long-standing relationships with trusted subcontractors. We prioritize energy efficiency, stay current with construction technology advancements, and take pride in solving complex challenges to deliver high-quality results within proposed timelines and budgets.
