Williams Infrastructure is an unlimited civil contractor with a strong focus on site development and utility infrastructure. With more than 45 years of experience in the construction industry, our team has honed our skills to ensure that client expectations are not only understood but fulfilled in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Founded by Brad Stutts and Joey Williams in 2015, the company thrived over the past seven years, growing from a firm with a single employee to greater than forty employees and a fleet of company-owned equipment. In late 2021, the partners amicably ended their partnership, and the company was renamed Williams Infrastructure in 2022, maintaining the same guiding principles of knowledge, service, safety, and cost-effective management.

• Utility Infrastructure: We specialize in the installation of underground utility systems for commercial and residential developments. Our expertise includes water, sewer, and storm drain installation, and we are committed to delivering a quality product on a consistent basis.

• Rob Day, Project Manager: Rob has extensive experience in managing commercial construction projects. He is committed to ensuring that every project is executed on time and within budget.
• Cindy McMahan, Office Manager: Cindy manages the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
