Cunningham Architecture is a husband and wife owned business located in King of Prussia, PA. We specialize in residential design, focusing on new custom homes, additions, remodels, and renovations. Our clients include homeowners, builders, developers, and real estate professionals in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. We offer architectural design services from schematic design through construction administration. We believe that successful projects are a result of a collaborative atmosphere, where we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop a practical and customized professional service plan.

Meet the Principals

Orsi Cunningham, RA, NCARB, has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of architecture and project management. She has been the lead on numerous projects from conception through construction. Rich Cunningham has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of building design, graphic design, and illustration. He has been the lead designer on numerous single family residential projects.

Community Involvement

Rich and Orsi have always enjoyed giving back to their community. They have supported various organizations and groups, including the ACE Mentor Program of America, Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, among others.
