Meet Our Team

At the helm of Altadena Energy & Solar is Hans Rosenberger, President, Chief Engineer, and Co-Owner. Hans brings a unique blend of engineering and business expertise, having majored in Physics and completed his Master's in Electrical Engineering. His experience includes work at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business. Hans is passionate about promoting environmentally friendly energy solutions.

Joining Hans is Joy Lam, Co-Owner and Business Manager. Joy handles project development, sales, and utility relations, in addition to managing the office. Her background includes research in sociology of religion and culture and experience as the Operation Manager of the Arroyo Food Co-op in Pasadena.

Robert Hawkins, Technician-in-Chief, oversees all projects on site, bringing decades of construction experience and a keen understanding of the latest electronic components in solar PV monitoring systems and energy storage systems. Lastly, Anita King serves as our Administrator, handling customer liaison, scheduling services, and office management.
