Pool Building and Remodeling

Tile Cleaning and Repair
Do you have a white ring around your pool tile, pebble, or plaster? Discoloration on your rocks or water feature? We have many different processes for all types of pool surfaces to help make your pool look brand new again. We also repair or replace single broken or damaged tiles.
Pool Cleaning
At Kangaroo Pools, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pool cleaning services, with no contracts. Our pool cleaning service includes checking water chemistry, balancing pool/spa water as required, cleaning skimmer baskets, cleaning pump baskets, cleaning vacuum leaf canisters/bags if required, brushing waterline tile, walls, and stairs, and netting all debris on the surface and bottom of the pool.
Pool Decking
We offer a range of pool decking options, including travertine decking, cool decking, or other pavers that are perfect for the Phoenix Metro Area. We also offer retaining walls and equipment installs, including pumps, heaters, filters, automation, and lighting.

Disappointing Experiences
The majority of the reviews express disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Kangaroo Pools. Two customers, John Greer and Gordon Almadi, had unfortunate experiences with the company. John Greer hired Vince and Kangaroo Pools for a pool remodel, which cost $12,000. However, the outcome was very disappointing. The tile job was embarrassing, and the crew left trash all over the new pebble tec. The pool was never vacuumed or cleaned before filling it with water. Additionally, the grout on the tile/pool deck line is already starting to crack away and have a gap, just one month after the job was completed.
Gordon Almadi, another dissatisfied customer, experienced poor service from Kangaroo Pools. After two years of good service, his service went downhill, and he felt that the company did not follow through on their promises.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, three customers, Elizabeth Cariello, Lee Small, and Ruth A., had excellent experiences with Kangaroo Pools. Elizabeth Cariello had their pools serviced by Kangaroo Pools for about nine months and was very pleased with their service. Lee Small, who met the owner, Victor, through a neighbor, was impressed with the company's service and maintenance. Ruth A. praised the company's timely responses to any issues or repairs and their ability to understand her complex pool and spa systems.
