Our History

Our company's roots go back to 1987 when Hardin Services Pest Control was founded by Tom Hardin, the father of our owner. Pest control has been a part of our family for generations, and we continue to uphold the values of honesty, quality, and community service. Our current owner, Wade Hardin, learned the business from the ground up and has been in the pest control industry for 21 years. Wade purchased the company in 2014 and has since expanded our team to meet the growing needs of our community.

Our Team

Our team is composed of dedicated and experienced professionals who are committed to providing excellent service. Here are some of the key members of our team:

• Wade Hardin, Owner/President: Wade is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, a Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician, a Nationally Registered EMT, and a Volunteer Den Assistant with Charlotte Cub Scout Pack 45. Wade has 21 years of experience in the pest control industry and is passionate about delivering quality solutions to our clients.
• Donna Hardin, Office Manager / Co-Owner: Donna is the wife of Wade Hardin and has been in the pest control industry for 21 years. She loves her job because she enjoys accounting and interacting with our customers.
• Lisa Sheppard, Office Manager / Lead Technician: Lisa is a native of Rock Hill and has been in the pest control industry for 20 years. She is a Certified Pest Control Technician and enjoys helping families to live an easier life without the worry of pests.
