Monica's Cleaning Consulting is an Illinois registered and fully insured business started more than 20 years ago by Monica Melone. A serial entrepreneur her whole life, Monica owned a successful restaurant and bar in her home country of Colombia, designed and sold children's clothing upon arrival of her daughter, and now owns and operates Monica's Cleaning Consulting, LLC in the Greater Chicago, Illinois metro area. Monica's Cleaning Consulting founder, Monica Melone and her team believe that true success is about more than growing their cleaning and property management portfolio. This business owner believes that keeping customers happy begins by employing a staff that keeps a healthy work and personal life balance. This balance comes from paying a livable wage to all cleaning personnel.

Commercial Services

Our Commercial Services division focuses on management of office buildings, medical clinics, warehouses, and retail establishments. We also specialize in post-construction services. These services include cleaning common areas, front door entryway glass, dust receptionist areas, emptying trash liners, sweeping and wet mopping hard floors, vacuuming all carpeted floors, cleaning and replacing all entry mats, dusting office areas, and more. Our goal is to ensure that every commercial space is clean, sanitized, and ready for occupancy or use.

Residential Services

Our Residential Services division focuses on preparing single-family homes, apartments, and condos for new residents. These services include cleaning common areas, front door entryway glass, sweeping and wet mopping all hard floors, vacuuming all carpeted floors, dusting and polishing flat surfaces, dusting or vacuuming chairs and sofas, dusting and polishing fixtures, emptying trash liners, and more. We pride ourselves on leaving homes in immaculate condition for new residents.

Housing Complex Cleaning

Our Property Maintenance division makes sure that Apartment Complexes are properly maintained and residents stay happy. Apartment Turnovers are a Specialty. These services include cleaning common areas, front door entryway glass, laundry room clean-up and polishing, emptying trash liners, removing bulk trash, sweeping and wet mopping hard floors, vacuuming carpeted floors and stairwells, replacing all entry mats, and more.
