Our company name, White Birch Builders, Inc., holds a special significance. Our family cottage, situated on White Birch Drive, over 40 years ago, served as the childhood playground for our family and friends. It was this very cottage where the vision for White Birch Builders, Inc. was born. Today, we strive to replicate that same warmth and welcoming atmosphere in every home we build and renovate.

Our Team

As a second-generation builder, Scott Formsma, our company president, brings a deep passion for building and a strong understanding of the construction process. With 14 years of experience in building operations management for a nonprofit organization, Scott has honed his skills in project management, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard.
