Our History

Founded by Ken Ferris 56 years ago, our company began as a residential construction business. Ken and his brother spent 15 years building houses before Ken decided to focus on remodeling. He brought his sons into the business and spent several more years building and remodeling homes. In 2003, Ken, along with his son Jon and their friend Chris Hilton, began working with local medical and commercial facilities to perform remodeling and maintenance projects. After decades of dedication to the business, Ken has gradually retired, leaving the company in the capable hands of Chris and Ken's daughter, Lori.
