With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Ron understands the value of fine craftsmanship and how to select quality contractors. His passion for building is evident in every aspect of our homes, from design to field management.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every homebuilding project is handled personally and professionally. We believe in high-level experience and knowledge in all areas, which is why we've assembled a team of professionals including an interior designer, client services manager, and project managers. We also work closely with skilled suppliers and subcontractors who share our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Ron Boshaw, President

Ron has a track record of providing premier home construction that stretches across the Lowcountry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University and has experience in virtually every facet of homebuilding. Ron's passion for building extends beyond just constructing homes; he's dedicated to building relationships with his clients, many of whom have become his friends.

TJ Pritchard, Construction Manager

We're excited to introduce TJ Pritchard, our newest member of the Boshaw Residential Team. TJ's passion for homebuilding began when he interned for a local builder during his high school years. He has worked with national and regional builders, gaining experience in purchasing, estimating, and contract negotiations. TJ's most recent role was as a Project Manager, where he guided homes from rough blueprints to final design, focusing on selections, permitting, building, and closing. He joined Boshaw Residential because he admires Ron's vision and commitment to quality.
