Our company was founded by David Dow, a Class A General Contractor with extensive experience in project estimating, value engineering, and successful project management. David's vision was to create a company that would prioritize quality, reliability, and safety above all else. Over the years, we've continued to grow and expand our services, while maintaining our core values.

Subcontracting and General Contracting

We specialize in subcontracting projects ranging from $1 to $10 million. Our in-house carpentry and door divisions enable us to offer general contractors a reliable source for cost savings and scheduling success.

Carpentry Experts

We have over 30 skilled carpenters on our team, self-performing a wide range of work, including carpentry, metal buildings, and more.

Metal Buildings

As a factory dealer of metal buildings, we meet and exceed all industry standards, ensuring our clients receive top-quality products.

D & D Services

In 2011, we mentored a new woman-owned startup company, D&D, which has achieved SWaM certification and is a designated woman-owned entity. We work closely with D&D, performing all types of work that we perform ourselves, including carpentry, doors & hardware, and specialty item installations.
