Bartz Construction, LLC is a family-owned and operated business, owned by Greg and Susan Bartz. Greg is a General Contractor who has provided general contracting services and home remodeling & repair services throughout central Minnesota for over 20 years. With years of experience and a passion for quality workmanship, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our customers.

Floor Value

In addition to our construction services, we also have a retail showroom, Floor Value, located in downtown Howard Lake, MN. At Floor Value, we offer quality home improvement products, including flooring, cabinetry, and countertops, at competitive prices. We provide the same quality choices as the larger companies, but with the added convenience of a nearby location for the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.
