Our History

Our company was founded by Mike Anastasia in Long Lake, Minnesota, with his brother Pete joining him in 1991. Initially, we focused on residential construction but soon shifted our focus to commercial projects, particularly in the food service industry. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include retail and service businesses, as well as projects for professional firms, churches, and commercial landlords.

We have successfully completed numerous ground-up constructions and renovations, including historical buildings and projects in historical districts. After Mike Anastasia's passing in 2012, Pete took over as President, continuing the family business with the same commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
