Jaggers Construction, Inc. is a family-owned and operated custom home building company with a reputation for honesty, integrity, and attention to detail. Our story began when the founders, Deron and Kim Jaggers, had a poor experience with a contractor while building their own home. This motivated them to leave their corporate jobs in the US and Europe to start their own construction company, committed to treating customers with the respect and care they deserved.

Meet the Founders

Deron, a licensed contractor, received his Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee and worked for John Deere and Volvo Construction Divisions. Kim, with an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, gained experience working for a local builder. Together, they brought their multiple talents and perspectives to the company. Their son, Ben, joined the team, bringing his expertise in supply chain management. The Jaggers' philosophy is built on treating customers like family, providing quality construction, and transparency in every aspect of the building process.
