Bob B. had a nightmare experience with Schaap Moving company, which was contracted by United Moving company and Mayflower. The truck never left the yard, and the company provided false tracking information, leading to frustration and anger. The sales manager and the Vice President of Schaap Moving Co., Steve Schaap, showed a lack of concern, made excuses, and became aggressive when confronted about the situation.
Communication Issues
