Established in 1993, Landmark Structures Corporation is a full-service, open-shop, Commercial General Contractor and Construction Management Company. Our mission is to provide high-quality construction services at competitive prices for our clients while developing long-term relationships. Our company is fully licensed, insured, and bondable.

Our Team

The Landmark team is comprised of our Pre-Construction Services Department, Construction Project Management, Field Supervisors, and specialty trade craftsmen. Our management team will interact with the Owner, Architect, and Engineers to solve complex problems and provide solutions. Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and has extensive experience in construction means and methods for all types of projects from new construction to gut renovations, adaptive reuse, occupied rehabs, and structural renovation.

Pre-Construction Services

We provide preliminary budgeting, estimating, and subcontractor bidding to ensure that our clients' projects get off to the best possible start. We work closely with the design team to provide advice on logistical issues for the project, phasing of work, temporary work solutions, and procurement strategies.

General Contracting and Construction Management

Our General Contracting and Construction Management services involve developing a team approach to project delivery. We work closely with the Owner, Architect, Engineers, and Landmark project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Design/Build

Our Design/Build service integrates the knowledge, creativity, and experience of the design and construction professions from the beginning of a project. This approach allows us to transform the Architect's design into the construction phase faster and more efficiently than traditional design-bid-build project delivery methods.

Value Engineering

Our Value Engineering service provides cost advice to our clients, ensuring that their projects are delivered within budget. Our extensive experience and knowledge of construction costs, means, and methods enable us to provide sound advice and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Green Building

At Landmark Structures, we recognize the importance of sustainable building practices. We are members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and have completed several LEED-certified projects, including the first Massachusetts Platinum-certified mid-rise multi-family project.
