Services
Hardwood Floor Installation
We specialize in installing traditional solid hardwood, pre-finished, and engineered flooring options. Our team follows NOFMA/NWFA standards to ensure proper subfloor preparation and precise installation. Customers can choose from various wood species, widths, and patterns including custom borders and medallions. We use only select-grade materials for lasting durability and aesthetic appeal.
Hardwood Floor Refinishing
Our dustless refinishing process removes old finishes while minimizing airborne particles. We sand floors with three grits of sandpaper, hand-sand edges, and apply premium stains and polyurethane coatings. The process restores worn floors to like-new condition while preserving wood integrity through proper curing times between applications.
Hardwood Floor Maintenance
We provide comprehensive maintenance guidance to preserve floor longevity. Services include preventive care recommendations, proper cleaning techniques, and periodic recoating. Our experts advise on protecting floors from humidity changes and offer buff-and-coat services to extend time between full refinishing projects.
Hardwood Floor Medallions
Custom medallion installations add unique character to entryways and living spaces. We offer various designs from walnut and cherry to maple options. Our craftsmen can create intricate patterns or simple geometric shapes to complement existing decor while maintaining structural integrity of the flooring system.
Luxury Vinyl Installation
We install luxury vinyl flooring as a durable alternative to traditional hardwood. Our selection includes water-resistant options suitable for high-moisture areas. While specializing in solid hardwood, we provide vinyl solutions for customers seeking lower maintenance flooring while maintaining aesthetic quality standards.
