Our process puts the homeowner first, and we make sure our clients are comfortable with our team, process, and design before they even spend a dime. Follow these simple steps as we walk you through our design-build process:

• Step 1: Introductory Call: An introductory call with you and our design coordinator to determine if we may be a good fit for your project.
• Step 2: Virtual Design Consultation: A virtual meeting between you and one of our award-winning designers to discuss your project scope, budget, and vision.
• Step 3: Measurement: A designer will come to your home to measure your existing space and take photos to begin developing your design plans.
• Step 4: Ideas Meeting: A collaborative meeting where you can work with your designer to identify design features you want in your finished space.
• Step 5: Production Walk: A meeting with your project manager in your home to discuss the build process and review the project details.
• Step 6: Plan Review: A meeting to review the project plan, including the start date, end date, and contract price.
• Step 7: Selections Meeting: A meeting at a design center to select materials for your space and make it your own.
• Step 8: Pre-Construction Meeting: A meeting with your project manager and superintendent to walk through the space again in preparation for construction.
• Step 9: Construction Begins: Construction begins, and our team handles permitting, orders materials, and provides a detailed schedule.
• Step 10: Mid-Project Review: A review of the project progress and an opportunity to complete a survey review of your experience so far.
• Step 11: Final Project Review: A final inspection of the completed project and handover of the completed space.
