Our Story
KVS Architecture is a full-service architecture firm located in the heart of Historic Old Mandeville. For over 15 years, we have been proudly serving our community, working alongside our neighbors to create thoughtful and intentional designs in both residential and commercial sectors. We take pride in planning the growth and development of our home while preserving and enhancing its identity.
Our History
Our location, just two blocks away from the Mandeville Lakefront behind The Book & The Bean, has a rich history. The Book & The Bean, along with the KVS office, have historically been places of creativity. The KVS office was previously used as a stained-glass studio while the front building served as a gallery for the glass works. Several local artists have utilized the spaces, and we take pride in the rich history of our location.
