Our journey began in 1991, when Principal P. Mark Culotta, AIA, CSI, CDT, founded the firm with a strong focus on historic preservation and the adaptive reuse of historic structures. With offices in New Orleans and New York City, we have evolved into a mid-sized firm with a diverse range of services and expertise.

Our Story

Our story begins in the heart of New Orleans, where we were shaped by the rich history and culture of the city. Principal Mark Culotta's experience in construction management and his passion for teaching set the foundation for our firm. As a professor at Louisiana State University, he passed on his knowledge and skills to a new generation of architects, instilling in them a deep appreciation for the designed environment and its integral role in our culture, society, and understanding of the world.
