Our company was founded by James Perry Wait, who began his career in 1981. With over 20 years of experience in the field, James has mastered the skills of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. In 2001, James decided to start his own company, incorporating Wait Mechanical, Inc. in October of the same year. Today, our company has grown to employ 30 professionals and operate a fleet of 20 trucks/vans.
