With a background in commercial and residential development and construction, we saw an opportunity to provide solutions to those affected by the crisis.

Our team has been in the construction business for over 50 years, with a strong foundation in managing and leasing over 6 million square feet of office and industrial property. This experience allowed us to develop a unique skill set that would be beneficial to national and regional banks dealing with an inflated amount of bank-owned properties due to foreclosures and non-performing loans.

Our message to our clients has always been that "We're your one-stop shop and can handle your distressed real estate needs from A to Z." This means that we offer a comprehensive range of services, including court-appointed receivership, property management, asset management, construction, land development, engineering, surveying, and disposition. By having all these services in-house, we can provide a single point of contact for the entire duration of the project, regardless of the condition or nature of the asset.

Over the years, we have grown from completing a single-family residence for a local bank to working on mid-rise condominiums across the United States, from Naples, Florida to Blaine, Washington, and multiple points in between.
