About Our Owners

Larry Webster, the Owner of HS3 Contracting, has been in the general contracting trades for over 30 years. He is a generational contractor and entrepreneur who worked for his family's Commercial Contracting Company until the age of 22. At the age of 23, he started his own company and has been self-employed ever since. Larry has lived in the Scottsdale and Fountain Hills area since 1976 and calls the desert his home. He is active in his community and local church, and he has a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and a Master's Degree in Theology.

Larry met his wife at church, when they ran the teen ministry together. His wife, Margie, owned an interior design firm in Scottsdale for over 18 years. Larry and Margie have two children and three dogs. It is the goal of HS3 Contracting and the Webster family to serve their community and the surrounding areas with the very best of all their abilities, experiences, talents, and resources.
