Our company has been in the business for over 35 years, building a variety of properties ranging from attached townhomes and condominiums to high-end, semi-custom, single-family homes. We have a long history of focusing on quality and providing our customers with the best possible living experience.

Our story began in the early 1980s, when we concentrated almost exclusively on high-end, semi-custom homes in Glendale, north Phoenix, and Scottsdale, Arizona. In October 1985, the Anderson family sold Universal Homes, Inc. to Coventry Financial, Inc., a holding company that owned and operated Coventry Homes and Fairmount Mortgage. This move allowed us to expand our reach and provide even more options for our customers.

In the years that followed, we continued to grow and expand, becoming one of the largest home builders in the Phoenix area. We have always been dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality homes and the best possible service.
