*Pre-Construction & Design*

One of the most crucial stages of any project is the Pre-Construction Phase. Each client and project requires a customized level of involvement and collaboration. Our extensive pre-construction services include:

*General Contracting*

Under the General Contracting model, we provide a Stipulated Sum or Fixed Sum quote for Construction based on the working drawings and specifications provided. This quote includes overhead, general conditions, materials, equipment, labor costs, as well as subcontractor and consultant fees.

*Design-Build*

In the Design-Build option, Bertram Construction takes over responsibility for the Design team, providing a lump sum contract price for Construction Drawings, Permits, and Construction based on agreed-upon criteria. This model offers a single point of contact for the entire construction project, optimizing efficiency and collaboration.

*Construction Management*

Construction Management allows the owner to play a significant role in the project. In this model, we act as the owner's representative, managing the project and providing recommendations on which subtrades to hire for the best total value, not just the lowest possible price.
