Our History

Lee's Hardwood Floors was founded in 1984 by Daniel Lee, a skilled wood flooring technician with a passion for restoring custom homes and historic properties. Daniel began his career in hardwood flooring in 1980, traveling the Southeastern coast to work on various projects, including the restoration of historic properties and the installation of gymnasium floors. Some of the notable projects Daniel worked on during this time include the Dean Smith Center and North Carolina Central University.

Lee's Hardwood Floors is a family-owned and operated business, with Daniel and his wife Tina being the driving forces behind the company. Daniel is responsible for estimates and inspections, while Tina runs the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional customer service. Our team of experienced hourly flooring technicians is dedicated to providing top-notch craftsmanship and quality.
