Almost 10 years ago, Mick Elliott dove head-first into the flooring industry, working from the ground up to establish himself solely through handshakes and word of mouth, earning each job one referral at a time. After leaving his first partner company in 2013, he accepted the challenge of creating a flooring business all on his own. With his dedication to customer service and trust, he was able to successfully grow his business.
Meet the Team
Meet Mick Elliott, self-employed for 30 years and with 9 years of experience in the flooring industry. He's a father of three and is widely known for his dedication to customer service. Alongside him is his son, Thomas Elliott, who recently graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Thomas brings his education, customer service, and sales experience to the table, and together they have created Pioneer Flooring Co.
