Our space needs process includes surveys and interviews with the employees of the facility, data analysis, and a budget opinion for the project based on the space needs assessment, our professional experience, and the project estimating experience of a certified cost management consultant. During construction, we work with builders to follow the design direction and produce the construction quality we all require.

• John Sawyer, AIA, President: John is a licensed architect in North Carolina and has a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from NC State University and graduate study of Architectural Design Process from Duquesne University. John has been with the company since 1981.
• Doug Sherwood, AIA, Vice President: Doug is a licensed architect in North Carolina and has a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University. Doug has been with the company since 2002.
• Scott Spike, LEED AP, Vice President: Scott has a Bachelor of Industrial Design from NC State University and is LEED AP Building Design + Construction certified. Scott has been with the company since 2005.
