Overall Experience
The reviewers have had vastly different experiences with Urban Design Architect. Two reviewers, Chris Barclay and Debra Drumheller, had exceptional experiences with the architect, praising his professionalism, capability, and attention to detail. They appreciated his ability to work through challenges, including those presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, and deliver high-quality results.
Design and Building Process

Quality of Work

Challenges and Issues
However, Patti Coscia had a very different experience, citing mistakes and problems with their plans. They were unhappy with the cost structure, feeling that they were misled by the "up to $" estimate and were charged for "professional services" without a clear understanding of what that entailed.
