Uccello Development, LLC is an award-winning, family-owned, Connecticut-based construction, real estate development, and property management firm. Our primary focus is on the construction of high-quality custom homes and exceptional residential communities. For over 30 years, the Uccello family has been involved in the development of approximately 150 residential building lots, as well as the construction and/or renovation of approximately 200 homes.

The Uccello family has a long history of building homes that date back to the 1960s. The evolution of our company has brought us to where we are today - building classically inspired homes with modern interiors that many people desire in today's market. Our team is led by President Nicholas J. Uccello, a third-generation builder who has been involved in the family construction business in some capacity since the age of 13.
