Donald Bowles Builder has been building custom homes in Columbus, Georgia since 1993. With over 400 homes built, Donald Bowles has established a reputation for quality craftsmanship, personalized service, and attention to detail. Our mission is to accommodate our clients' specific desires by offering flexibility in our design and decorating process. At Donald Bowles Builder, we pride ourselves on building more than just a house, we build relationships.

Our Team

Donald Bowles, the owner and founder of Donald Bowles Builder, has been building homes in the Columbus area for over 30 years. With a background in construction and a passion for building, Donald has turned his dream into a reality. In 2016, his son, Jared Bowles, joined the company, bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to the table.

Our Process

At Donald Bowles Builder, we understand that building a home can be a daunting task. That's why we have developed a streamlined process to make your experience as seamless as possible.

• Step 1: Meet with Lender

Meet with Harriett Elkins at Envoy Mortgage, our preferred lender, to discuss your financial options and pre-qualify for a loan.

• Step 2: Initial Consult

Meet with our team to discuss available lots, floor plans, and standard amenities included with the build. This is also an opportunity to work with a Realtor if you haven't already.

• Step 3: Pre-Contract Meeting

Finalize the details of your build, including selecting a lot, choosing a floor plan, and reviewing the contract.

Located just past Pratt & Whitney, Midland Downs offers a community lake, green spaces, and fiber-optic high-speed internet.

Located in Harris County, Fortson Creek features lot sizes of 2 acres or more and is conveniently located near Interstate 185.
