New Construction Options

We specialize in assisting families in finding their perfect new home. Our new construction options include:

Immediate Delivery

An Immediate Delivery home is a property that is ready for occupancy within 0-30 days. These homes are typically move-in ready with upgrades already selected and included.

Quick Delivery

A Quick Delivery home is a property that is already underway in the building process. Depending on the stage of construction, you may be able to select some upgrades, colors, and finishes.

To-Be-Built Home

A To-Be-Built Home is a property that allows you to choose a home site, structural options, and customize all of your selections. Expect a timeline of four to six months for completion.

Model Home Investment

A Model Home Investment is an opportunity to purchase the model home that the builder is using to showcase their community. This home may be available for immediate purchase, but the builder will then rent it back from you until the community is completed.

Custom-Built Home

A Custom-Built Home is the opportunity to design and build a unique home with personalized floor plans and distinctive details based on your needs.

Buying Land

Buying land, also known as raw land, is not a common process for most homebuyers. However, for those who do choose to buy raw land, it's crucial to be aware of the following:

Checklist for Buying Land to Build a Home

When buying land to build a home, consider the following:

  • Determine the value of the property to you
  • Check the zoning regulations to ensure the property is for residential use
  • Research local building codes and ordinances
  • Investigate potential environmental issues
  • Evaluate the property's accessibility and proximity to amenities

By considering these factors, you can ensure a smooth and successful purchase of raw land for your new home.
